Return Policy

Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used. This policy protects the safety of all customers.

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged or defective. Please email jmdglow23@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Depending on the situation, we may issue a credit, refund to your original payment method, or a special discount code for future use. In most cases, you may keep or dispose of the damaged product; if we require a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
